Project Livin' Right

Project Livin' Right, is the culmination of so many ideas considered throughout the years. We've always been curious about aspects of pro-social and purposeful living, community cultivation and the meaningful connections created with others.

We've long known (from the research) that practices such as compassion, empathy, generosity and gratitude not only result in greater levels of satisfaction, purpose and happiness, but they also yield increased wellbeing and contentment.
And, so when the pursuit of satisfaction and happiness in the U.S. began shifting even more dramatically towards individualism (e.g., the rise of social influencers, solopreneurs, NIL in sports, etc.), and the associated us and them mentality became more ever-present, we knew it was time to further explore our curiosities.

To be clear, we are not suggesting individualism is bad or destructive. In fact, quite the opposite; it is that very mindset that allows for independence, self-reliance, creativity and self-expression–all of which are responsible for advances in exploration and expansion, ingenuity and invention, innovation and change. Instead we want to better understand how the dualities of individual and community co-exist.

We want to hear your stories about navigating a culture that increasingly values individualism while also experiencing communal practices of collaboration, generosity and gratitude as well as emotions like empathy and compassion.

THIS IS LIVING... and we are LIVIN' RIGHT!
